How will my package arrive?
All small items such as blankets and snuggle sacks are sent via Royal mail tracked 2nd class.
All crate sets and items are sent via Royal Mail 48hr delivery
How much is postage?
Postage for the UK is between £1.95 and £8.95 depending on your order.
Postage for Europe is between £16.99 and £38.95 depending on your order.
Postage for International is between £26.95 and £38.50 depending on your order.
How long will my order take to be dispatched?
For crate sets the estimated dispatch time will be along the banner at the top of the package. It ranges from between 2 to 6 weeks generally. Please check the banner for an up to date estimate.
For anything other than ready to ship or crate sets the estimated dispatch is between 1 to 2 weeks.
Ready to ship items are dispatched within 1-3 working days.
What if I need my items sooner?
I will always try to help if you need you order sooner however please keep in mind that I cannot do this for everyone. If you have a date that you need items for please do get in touch.
Can I cancel my order and if so what is the cut off point?
Bespoke or made to order items must be cancelled within 24hrs. This is because in a lot of cases I buy in the fabric that is needed for the order.
Ready to ship items must be cancelled within 24hrs as after this they may have been shipped.
Can I return my items?
Due to the nature of the items only items that are faulty or not as described can be returned.
Are your items indestructible?
Unfortunately when it comes to animals (partially dogs) nothing is indestructible. The most hardwearing fabric I have is water resistant canvas but if a dog really wants to chew a hole in it it will.
